Juicy Asian-style chicken in a skillet: the secret is in the spicy sauce
Asian chicken is a very refined and spicy dish. At the same time, it is prepared from fairly simple products. To make the meat juicy and spicy, you need to add a sauce based on olive oil and honey.
The idea of cooking juicy Asian-style chicken was published on the Instagram page of food blogger Alyona Karpiuk (alionakarpiuk). You will also need corn starch.
Ingredients:
- chicken fillet - 700 g
- salt - 1 teaspoon
- corn starch - 35 g
Method of preparation:
1. Cut the fillet and mix it with salt and starch.
2. Put it on a baking sheet covered with parchment. It is important that the pieces lie freely on the baking sheet and do not stick together.
3. Put in the oven preheated to 220 degrees for 10 minutes.
4. After 10 minutes, turn over and leave for another 10 minutes.
Ingredients for the sauce:
- garlic - 2 cloves
- honey - 2 tbsp
- chili pepper - 0.5 tsp
- rice vinegar - 1 teaspoon
- olive oil - 1 teaspoon
- smoked paprika
- dried ginger - 1 tsp.
- soy sauce - 1 tbsp.
Method of preparation of the sauce:
1. Mix all the ingredients for the sauce.
2. Combine with the finished chicken.
