Ingredients for pancakes:
- Milk - 600 ml
- Eggs - 2 pcs
- Flour - 270 gr
- Oil - 20 ml
- Sugar - 30 g
- Salt - a pinch
Ingredients for the cream:
- Cream cheese - 600 g
- Cream from 33% - 350 ml
- Powdered sugar - 170 g
- Vanilla paste - 1 tbsp.
Method of preparation:
1. Prepare the pancakes. Add 100 ml of milk from the total amount to the eggs, and mix with a whisk until smooth.
2. Add oil and sugar, and mix again.
3. Add salt and a third of the flour. Knead until smooth and add a little milk.
4. Knead the dough alternately with flour and milk.
5. Let it stand for 15 minutes and pass the dough through a sieve.
6. Divide into five parts and color in different colors with gel or water-soluble dyes (optional).
7. Bake thin pancakes. Cut out a circle with a diameter of 18 cm from each.
8. Prepare the cream. Whip the cream until soft peaks form, then add the powder, paste, and cream cheese. Mix until the cream is smooth and creamy.
