It won't be bitter: we tell you how to cook liver deliciously and correctly
Chicken liver is an ideal product for making delicious, tender pate, salads, and appetizers. To prevent the liver from becoming bitter, cook it with cream, and to make it soft, add vegetables and an apple.
The cook shared a recipe for delicious fried liver with onions and carrots on Instagram.
Ingredients:
- chicken liver – 500-550 g
- cream – 250 ml (from 10% fat)
- onions – 2-3 pcs
- large carrot – 1 pc
- salt – 1 tsp
- suneli hops – 1 tsp
- coriander – 1 tsp
- black pepper – 1/2 tsp
- oil for frying
Method of preparation:
1. Add oil to a hot frying pan. Cut onions and carrots into half rings and put them in the pan. Fry until golden brown.
2. Rinse the liver well, remove all the excess, cut it into small pieces to fry the liver well, and add to the roast. Stir and fry under a closed lid until tender, stirring occasionally over low heat.
3. Next, add salt, coriander, pepper, suneli hops, mix, and pour over the cream. The cream can be of any fat content.
4. Simmer for another 5 minutes until the cream has evaporated, stirring constantly to prevent anything from burning.
