How to prepare viburnum with honey for the winter: can be stored in the refrigerator
Viburnum is a very valuable product that ripens at the onset of cold weather. And these berries should definitely be harvested. In combination with honey, this product becomes a real superfood that can be used both for desserts and as vitamins to improve immunity.

Ingredients:
- viburnum - 400 g
- honey - 200 ml.
Method of preparation:
1. Remove the viburnum from the branches, removing debris and damaged berries.
2. Rinse the berries thoroughly and let them drain.
3. Viburnum has a rather hard skin and a large flat bone in the middle. We need to get a thick juice without these parts of the berry. You can crush the berries and rub them through a sieve or squeeze them in cheesecloth, but the easiest way is to rub them with a special nozzle in a food processor.
4. There is no need to throw away the waste, it can be used for tinctures, decoctions, or making fruit drinks.
5. Stir the resulting thick mass with honey until it dissolves. In a food processor, this should be done on a knife in a plastic cover. Optimal proportions: 200 g of honey per 200 ml of viburnum puree.
6. Pour the viburnum puree into sterilized jars.
7. Cover with lids loosely and store in the refrigerator.
