The first thing you need to do is think about what things you will need for the trip, taking into account the weather and the country you are going to. After that, lay these things out on the couch and see how much stuff you have. Then choose what doesn't look good or what is unnecessary.
When you have what you need, put it in your suitcase in layers starting with the shoes. You can put something valuable, such as jewelry, first as well.
