How to marinate red fish deliciously: you can eat it in a day
Red fish is a great addition to salads, sandwiches, and various snacks. This product can also be an independent dish. But it must be marinated to make it tasty and juicy.

Ingredients:
- red fish - 350-400 g
- salt - 1.5 tbsp
- sugar - 1 tbsp
- vegetable oil - 2 tbsp
- vinegar - 4 tbsp
- peppercorns - 8-10 pcs.
- cloves - 5-6 pcs.
- bay leaf - 2-3 pieces
- oregano, rosemary - 0.5 tsp.
- water - 0.5 liters
Method of preparation:
1. Clean the fish, cut it into thin slices.
2. Pour water into a saucepan, add salt, sugar, and seasonings.
3. Bring to a boil, let it simmer for 3-4 minutes, add vegetable oil, stir, and remove from heat.
4. Pour in the vinegar and let it cool to room temperature.
5. Put the fish in a convenient container, pour the marinade.
6. Put in the refrigerator for a day.
