How to make the usual cutlets more interesting and delicious: try this giant stuffed one

Instead of just frying usual cutlets, use a tasty and juicy filling and bake them. For example, you can wrap cheese and spinach in the minced meat and take breadcrumbs for a crispy crust.

The idea of cooking stuffed cutlet is published on the Instagram page of a food blogger with the nickname nelly.cooking. Be sure to add tomatoes.

Ingredients:

  • minced chicken (in this recipe it's with lard) - 350 g
  • tomatoes - 2-3 pieces
  • spinach - a handful
  • cheese - 50-70 g
  • pesto sauce - 1-2 tsp.
  • paprika - 0.5 tbsp
  • salt - 0.5 tbsp (or to taste)
  • breadcrumbs - for sprinkling

Method of preparation:

1. Add paprika and salt to the minced meat and mix well.

2. Put the minced meat on the parchment, spread it evenly with your hands or roll it out with a rolling pin.

3. Put pesto, tomatoes, spinach and cheese on one half of the minced meat.

4. Cover with the other half, lifting the parchment as if folding an A4 sheet in half.

5. Pinch the edges well.

6. Sprinkle with breadcrumbs, gently pressing on the cutlet.

7. Put on a baking sheet and bake at 180 degrees for 25-30 minutes until it is golden brown.

8. Serve the finished cutlet hot.
