How to make perfect two-ingredient pancakes for breakfast
Pancakes don't need a lot of flour to be hearty and delicious.
This perfect breakfast dish can be made with just two basic ingredients, and it will be really healthy and easy. ambardriscoll, who has about 300 thousand followers, shared an interesting recipe on TikTok.
She makes these delicious pancakes with just two key ingredients - bananas and eggs.
Taking two bananas, she peeled them and mashed them with a fork right with the peel so she didn't have to waste time washing dishes. Then she added them to the bowl, using the fork again to mash them some more. Next, she cracked an egg in and mixed everything well.
She then took a frying pan and put it on medium heat, adding a piece of butter to make the pancakes crispy. You can also use vegetable oil.
When the butter has melted, she poured three spoonfuls of the pancake mixture into the pan, making sure they are spread out enough so they don't stick together.
When they start bubbling, which should happen in a couple of minutes, flip them over and fry on the other side for the same amount of time.
You can serve the dish with any toppings - from nut pastes to jam or yogurt.
