Ingredients:
- fish - 4 medium pieces (600 g)
- oil - 2 tbsp
- paprika - 0.5 tsp
- smoked paprika - 0.5 tsp
- spices for fish - 0.5 tsp
- lemon juice of half a fruit
- salt - 1 tsp
- lemon - 1 pc
- carrots or other vegetables - 1-2 pcs
Method of preparation:
1. Mix everything for the marinade. Slice 1 half of the lemon thinly and squeeze the other half.
2. Rub well into the fish and leave for 30 minutes.
3. Bake at 180 degrees for 30-35 minutes (no longer as it may turn out dry)

- honey - 1 tbsp
- whiskey - 30 ml (optional)
Method of preparation:
1. Add grated garlic to the preheated oil and cook for 2 minutes (if longer, it will be bitter).
2. Pour in soy sauce and honey and cook for a few minutes over medium heat.
3. When it begins to boil and thicken, pour in whiskey.
4. Put on low heat to evaporate the alcohol. The sauce will thicken when it cools down.
5. Pour over the fish and bake for another 10 minutes.
