How to dry laundry twice as fast: a cheap and effective way

Drying wet clothes is extremely time-consuming, especially if you don't have a tumble dryer.

At the same time, putting clothes dripping with water on radiators or hanging them on clothes hangers inside the house are not options. This usually means that you need to turn on the heating in the room, which in this financial situation is an expensive pleasure, OBOZ.UA writes.

But there is a solution to the problem. All you need is a dehumidifier. A device used to remove moisture from the air to prevent mold growth.

It draws in air, filters and cools it. The cold air condenses into water, which is then collected in a tank. After heating the remaining air, it releases it back into the room.

To dry clothes quickly, follow these steps:

1. Hang the wet laundry on clothes hangers or a drying rack.
2. Place the dehumidifier underneath or next to it, but make sure it is at least 20 cm away, as if the dehumidifier is too close, it can cause a fire.
3. Turn on the dehumidifier.
