The idea of cooking pickled mushrooms for the winter was published on the Instagram page of food blogger Olena with the nickname kokonats65. This way you can cook any wild mushrooms.

A way to cook mushrooms for the winter:

1. Pre-clean the mushrooms, soak them in cold water, changing it several times.

2. Boil the mushrooms for 15-20 minutes.

3. Rinse in cold water. Rinse twice.

4. For the marinade, mix for 1 liter of water:

  • salt – 1 tbsp.
  • sugar – 1 tsp.
  • vinegar 9% – 2 tbsp.

5. When the marinade has boiled, add mushrooms, peppercorns, bay leaves and cook for 15 minutes. Remove the foam.

6. Taste the marinade. It should be tasty and strong. If there is something missing to your taste, feel free to add the necessary ingredients. You can add garlic and cloves if you wish.

7. Put the mushrooms tightly in sterilized jars. Pour the marinade and roll up.

8. Wrap in heat until completely cooled.

9. Store in a cool place.
