How to deliciously bake fish with carrots and onions in the oven: a win-win option that everyone will like
You don't need to use a lot of different ingredients to make a delicious fish bake. Add a simple marinade to make the product juicy. The usual carrots and onions will also successfully complement the taste of the product.
The idea of cooking a delicious baked fish with vegetables in the oven was published on the Instagram page of food blogger Victoria with the nickname cook with me at home. This fish can be eaten with any side dish
Fish:
- hake/icefish/pollock - 500 g.
Ingredients for the marinade:
- sour cream - 50 g
- mayonnaise - 50 g
- mustard in grains - 25 g
- soy sauce - 1 tbsp
- spices: salt, pepper, smoked paprika - to taste
Vegetables:
- carrots - 1 pc.
- onions - 2 pcs.
- oil, salt
Method of preparation:
1. For the marinade, mix all the ingredients.
2. Pour over the fish cut into portions.
3. Stir, cover, and leave to marinate.
4. Fry the onion, first cut into half rings, in vegetable oil until soft.
5. Add grated carrots, fry together, and add salt at the end.
6. Put the fried vegetables on the bottom of the mold, then put the marinated fish on top.
7. Drizzle with the rest of the sauce.
8. Cover with parchment moistened with water and bake in a preheated oven for 30 minutes at 200 degrees.
