Method of preparation
1. First, prepare the filling. Fry the onions and carrots. Add the mushrooms and fry until the moisture evaporates.
2. Add the minced meat and garlic. Stew until tender. Add salt at the end.
3. Boil the potatoes until tender and mash them to a puree.
4. Add the egg, salt and pepper. Mix thoroughly.
5. Form the zrazy and fry until cooked on both sides.
