How to cook potato zrazy with an unusual filling that are tastier than pies
Potato zrazy are special pies made from mashed potatoes. At the same time, they can be made with various fillings: vegetables, minced meat, mushrooms, meat, liver, liverwurst, and cheese.
- potatoes - 1 kg
- flour - 80 g
- eggs - 1 pc
- salt, pepper
- mackerel - 2 b
- boiled eggs - 2 pcs
Method of preparation:
1. First, cut and boil potatoes in salted water until tender. When ready, mash them to a puree, adding flour, egg, salt, and pepper. This will be the dough for the samples.
2. Boil eggs in advance and mash them with fish using fork.
3. Cut a small piece of dough, wrap the filling in it, form a pie, and roll in flour. Repeat with the rest of the dough and filling.
4. Fry zrazy in a frying pan heated with oil over medium heat. Enjoy your meal!
