Ingredients:
- Eggs - 3 pcs
- Sugar - 2 tbsp
- Hot milk - 450 ml
- Flour - 160 gr
- Butter - 40 gr
Method of preparation:
1. Beat eggs into a deep bowl, add sugar and ½ of the total amount of flour.
2. Mix the dough with a whisk to avoid lumps.
3. Add ½ of the hot milk, stir, and add the remaining flour.
4. Add the rest of the milk and mix thoroughly again.
5. Add the melted butter and stir.
6. Fry the pancakes in a very hot frying pan on both sides.
