Method of preparation
1. Pour boiling water over the prunes.
2. Cut the meat into pieces and pound each one. Add salt and pepper.
3. Cut the prunes into small pieces.
4. Put the prunes and cheese on the beaten piece of meat. Wrap it up.
5. Put on a baking sheet and put in the oven for 25-30 minutes at 180 degrees.
