How to cook julienne in a bun: a very satisfying and simple dish for the whole family

Traditional julienne is prepared in waffle baskets or mushroom caps. But to make the dish much more satisfying, you can make it in a bun. It takes a maximum of 15 minutes to bake.

Ingredients:
- chicken fillet - 200 g
- mushrooms - 6-7 pcs
- hard cheese - 80 g
- sour cream / cream 10-20% - 50 g
- butter - 30 g
- onion - 1 pc
- salt, pepper, paprika - to taste
- 6 burger buns
Method of preparation:
1. Cut all ingredients except cheese into small pieces: onions, fillets, mushrooms.
2. Fry the onion, then the fillet and add the mushrooms in a frying pan with oil.

3. Add salt to taste, pepper, paprika, cover and fry until tender.
4. At the end, add sour cream or cream, stir and simmer for another 5 minutes.
5. Cut off the top of the bun, remove the flesh from the bottom.
6. Fill the bun with julienne, sprinkle with grated cheese on top.
7. Cover the bun with the top and place in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for 10-15 minutes.
