How to cook juicy fish cutlets: just add a few simple ingredients to the base
Fish cutlets are a great addition to any side dish. They are less fatty than meat cutlets, and to add juiciness, you need to use a few simple ingredients.
The idea of making juicy fish cutlets was published on the Instagram page of a food blogger with the nickname valway ka. Flour should be used only for rolling, and it is better to add semolina to the base.
Ingredients:
- fish fillet - 600-700 g (any), beaten
- bread - 2 slices (soaked in milk)
- onions - 3-4 pieces (fried)
- soft butter - 30-40 g
- egg - 1 pc
- semolina - 2 tbsp
- garlic - 1-2 cloves
- dill
- salt/pepper
- flour for rolling
Method of preparation:
1. Combine the soaked bread with the minced fish.
2. Add the egg.
3. Add the fried onions.
4. Add butter, semolina, garlic, and dill.
5. Add spices.
6. Beat off the base.
7. Leave for 15-20 minutes.
8. Form the cutlets.
9. Roll in flour.
10. Fry over medium heat.
