How to cook juicy chicken fillet in a skillet: a recipe for meat for lunch

Ingredients:
- chicken fillet - 2 pcs.
- egg whites - 2 pcs.
- corn starch (without slide) - 4 tbsp.
- soy sauce - 2 tbsp.
Ingredients for the sauce:
- ketchup - 140 g
- soy sauce - 5 tbsp
- vinegar (apple cider vinegar) - 2 tbsp
- corn starch - 2 tsp.
- sugar without a slide - 3 tbsp.
Method of preparation:
1. Cut the chicken fillet into pieces.
2. Add starch, proteins, and soy sauce, mix, and pour into a well-heated frying pan with oil.
3. Fry over low heat on 2-3 sides (about 10-15 minutes).
4. Remove the meat, and mix everything for the sauce.
5. Pour into the frying pan, turn on low heat, and stir.
6. When it starts to caramelize, turn the meat on another side for another 5-10 minutes.
7. Serve with green onions and sesame seeds.
