How to cook fish in an unusual way to surprise guests: an original dish
Fish is an inexhaustible source of vitamins and minerals. You can cook many different dishes from it. But fish is best when cooked as a separate main course.
Food blogger Mariia Makarchuk shared on Instagram how to cook fish so that all guests are as surprised as possible. She showed what unusual products can be added to the dish to make it original.
Ingredients
- Fish fillets – 6 pcs.
- Salt
- Spices to taste
- Oil – for cooking
- Eggs – 3 pcs.
- Flour
- Kiwi – 3 pcs.
- Cheese – 100 gr.
- Nuts – 100 gr.
- Sour cream – 3 tbsp
- Mustard in grains – 1 tsp.
- Soy sauce or teriyaki – 1 tsp.
Method of preparation
1. Sprinkle the fish with salt and your favorite spices.
2. Dip the fish first in flour and then in an egg and fry in a frying pan with oil until golden brown. There is no need to fry the fish until cooked.
3. Combine sour cream, mustard seeds, and teriyaki sauce in a separate container and mix thoroughly.
4. Cut the kiwi into slices and chop the nuts with a knife.
5. Put the fish on a baking sheet covered with parchment. Spread the sauce on top.
6. Put the kiwi on top and brush with the sauce again. Sprinkle with nuts.
7. Sprinkle with cheese and put in a preheated 200-degree oven for 15 minutes.
