The cook shared a recipe on Instagram for a delicious, juicy baked fish with cheese, vegetables, and butter.
Ingredients:
- 800 g of pollock fish
- salt, pepper
- onion
- 60 g of butter
- tomato
- 80 g of hard cheese
Method of preparation:
1. Defrost the pollock fillet, and season with salt and pepper.
2. Chop the onion and tomatoes. Grate the cheese.
3. Make molds out of foil. Put the chopped onion on the bottom, fish on top, then slices of butter and tomatoes. Sprinkle grated cheese on top.
4. Bake in a preheated oven at 190 C for 25-30 minutes.
