Ingredients:

  • 2 chicken fillets
  • oil, salt, black pepper, dry garlic, paprika, curry
  • starch/flour
  • 10-15 cherry/cocktail tomatoes
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 50 g of spinach
  • 200 ml of cream from 15%
  • salt, nutmeg

Method of preparation:

1. Make cuts in the fillet, season with salt and pepper, and fry on both sides in a frying pan.

2. In another pan, fry the spinach with the tomatoes and cream, add the fillets, and simmer until the fillets are cooked.
