Ingredients:
- chicken thighs - 4 pcs
- rice - 1 cup
- water - 2.5 cups
- salt, spices - to taste
- onion - 1 pc
- carrot - 1 pc
- garlic - 1 head
- oil for frying
Method of preparation:
1. Wash the chicken thighs. Add salt, pepper and chicken seasoning.
2. Stir and leave to marinate.
3. Dice the onion and fry over low heat.
4. Add carrots, grated on a coarse grater, salt and pepper and fry for a few minutes.
5. Rinse the rice and pour it into the mold. Add the roast and mix.
6. Season with salt and turmeric and add the meat.
7. Pour in water, add garlic and cover with foil.
8. Bake at 180 degrees for an hour. 10 minutes before cooking, remove the foil and leave it in the oven for a while.
