How to cook chicken cutlets so that they are not dry: a simple recipe
Chicken cutlets are a great addition to mashed potatoes, pasta, or any porridge. But the meat is quite dietary. Therefore, to make the products juicy and soft, you should add the right ingredients to the minced meat.
The idea of making juicy chicken cutlets was published on the Instagram page of food blogger Tetiana Meleshko (meleskotanya). To make it easier to form the products, you should moisten your hands with water beforehand.
Ingredients:
- minced chicken - 500-600 g
- loaf - 1/4 (with or without crust)
- carrot - 1 medium
- onion - 1 medium
- eggs - 1 pc.
- garlic - 2-3 cloves
- salt, pepper, oregano
- oil
- breadcrumbs - 1 tbsp.
Method of preparation:
1. Soak the bread in water or milk.
2. Grate carrots, garlic and onions.
3. Squeeze the bread away from the water/milk as much as possible.
4. Mix everything: minced meat, bread, carrots, onions, garlic, egg.
5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
6. Add a generous pinch of oregano.
7. Form patties and fry over moderate heat: 1 cutlet = 1/2 tbsp of minced meat.
