Mackerel is a very tasty and valuable product that can be the basis for delicious salads, as well as snacks and spreads. It can also be salted and baked, stewed with vegetables.
The cook shared a recipe on Instagram for delicious baked mackerel with lemon, onions and spices.
Ingredients:
- mackerel - 1 pc.
- 50 ml of soy sauce
- 1 tbsp with a slide of honey
- salt
- 1 tsp of paprika
- lemon
- onion
- tomatoes
Method of preparation:
1. Cut the fish into pieces.
2. Sprinkle with spices, add honey, soy sauce and marinate for 30-60 minutes.
3. Put the fish alternately with onion and tomato in a baking dish and bake at 180 degrees for 30-35 minutes.
