Ingredients:
- Mackerel
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Lemon zest 1/2 tsp
- Orange zest 1/2 tsp
- Ginger 1 tsp
- Thyme 1-2 sprigs
- Juice of one orange
- Whiskey 1 tbsp
Method of preparation:
1. Divide the mackerel into fillets, remove the bones with tweezers, and make shallow cuts on the skin.
