Getting up to warm up? Take a glass of water and drink it before you sit back down. Warming up a meal? Drink a full glass of water while the food is heating.
You may not realize you are dehydrated
Statistics show that people drink too little water without realizing that they are dehydrated. To keep the hydration situation under control, medicine advises women to drink 8-10 glasses of water a day, men 10-12, and not to rely on thirst, as it occurs when the body has already suffered from a lack of moisture.
