Eggs are a very tasty and valuable product that should be in everyone's diet. Eggs are best eaten boiled, but you need to cook them so that the yolk is runny, which takes about 3-4 minutes of cooking.

The FoodOboz editorial team shares tips from culinary experts on how long and how to cook eggs to make them tasty and healthy.

1. Boiled egg (liquid yolk) - 3-4 minutes

Put the eggs in boiling water. Cook for 3-4 minutes over medium heat. Immediately transfer to cold water to stop the cooking process.

2. Creamy yolk - 5-6 minutes

After boiling, cook for 5-6 minutes. Cool in ice water for easy peeling.

3. Hard-boiled eggs - 8-10 minutes

Cook for 8-10 minutes after boiling. Do not overcook, otherwise the yolk will become dry and a gray coating may appear.

Tips:

To prevent eggs from cracking, boil them over medium heat and add salt or vinegar to the water to help. For even heating, take the eggs out of the refrigerator 10-15 minutes before cooking. If you boil eggs in a double boiler or slow cooker, the time will be about the same.
