Ingredients:
- Mackerel 2 kg (4 pieces)
- Water 1 liter
- Salt 1 tbsp with a slide
- Sugar 1/2 tbsp
- Bay leaf 2 pcs
- Allspice 3-4 pcs
- Cloves 2 pcs
- Coriander seeds 10 pcs
- Black peppercorns 6-8 pcs
Method of preparation:
1. Clean the mackerel from the insides and cut off the heads, rinse well with cold water.
2. Add all the ingredients to the water and boil for 10 minutes, let the marinade cool completely and pour over the fish to cover it completely.
3. Marinate in the refrigerator overnight.
4. The fire temperature should be 100-110 C, cooking time about 1 hour.
