Hot sandwiches for a snack: what to make a hearty meal in 15 minutes
The simplest dish for a snack is hot sandwiches. They can be prepared with various fillings, ranging from cheese to meat, sausage, eggs, ham, vegetables, and herbs.
The cook shared a recipe for delicious, hearty, and easy-to-make hot sandwiches on Instagram.
Ingredients:
- 6 slices of toasted bread
- 150 g of sausage
- 150 g of cheese
- 1 large tomato
- 20-30 g of green onions
- salt and black pepper to taste
Method of preparation:
1. Grate the cheese and sausage on a coarse grater. Cut the tomatoes into small cubes, and chop the onion finely. Add salt and pepper and mix until smooth.
2. Put the bread slices on the parchment, and top with about 2 tbsp of the filling for each slice. Put in the oven for 10 minutes at 200 degrees.
Serve the sandwiches hot!
