Homemade glazed cottage cheese bars: will taste better than store-bought ones for sure
Glazed cottage cheese bars or curd snack is a dessert familiar to many since childhood. You can still buy it in a store and choose a filling to your liking.
But, of course, the best bars you can taste are homemade. A food blogger with the nickname marina frolova shared how to do it on Instagram.
Ingredients
- cottage cheese - 300 g
- vanilla sugar
- powdered sugar - 2 tbsp
- butter - 30 g
- chocolate - 100 g
- oil - 1 tsp
Method of preparation
1. Add vanilla sugar, powdered sugar and room temperature butter to cottage cheese and beat with a blender until smooth.
2. Melt chocolate in a water bath and add 1 tsp of odorless oil.
3. Grease a chilled silicone mold with chocolate and place in the freezer for 7-10 minutes.
4. Fill with the cottage cheese mass. You can add different fillings. Put the mold in the freezer for 10 minutes.
5. Then cover with chocolate again and freeze for 4 hours or overnight.
6. Before serving, remove from the freezer and let stand in the refrigerator to defrost.
