Homemade Dubai chocolate: how to make a sensational dessert 10 times cheaper
Dabai chocolate is a popular dessert around the world that has taken social media by storm. It is sought after and tasted by many bloggers. The peculiarity of this delicacy is that there is a very appetizing and crispy filling inside the chocolate bar, and everyone is trying to figure out what it is made of.
Famous Ukrainian chef Hector Jimenez-Bravo (hectorjimenezbravo) shared how to make the popular Dubai chocolate at home on his Instagram page. It will be 10 times cheaper than the original and no less delicious.
Ingredients:
- flour - 200 g
- salt - a pinch
- egg - 1 pc.
- water - 100 ml.
- oil - 1 tbsp.
- butter - 50 g
- dark chocolate - 100 g
- milk chocolate - 100 g
- condensed milk - 150 g.
Method of preparation:
1. Mix flour, salt, egg, water and oil
2. Beat until smooth.
3. Pour the dough into a pastry bag and fry thin threads – pancakes.
4. Cut the dough and fry in butter until golden brown.
5. Melt the dark and milk chocolate separately in a water bath.
6. Pour the dark chocolate into the chocolate mold and spread it evenly.
7. Add the condensed milk to the fried dough.
8. Stir and put into the mold.
9. Pour milk chocolate over the top.
10. Put in the refrigerator until firm.
