Homemade chicken sausage: it tastes better than in the store

If you never buy sausage in the store because you don't know what it's made of, you should try making it yourself. Such a dish will definitely be healthier than the purchased one, and if you use the right technology, it will also be much tastier.

On Instagram, food blogger Natalia Zhuk offered a recipe for homemade chicken sausage. It turns out to be extremely tender and definitely better than the most expensive one in the store.

Ingredients

  • Chicken fillet - 800 gr
  • Thigh fillets - 6 pcs
  • Salt - 1.5 tsp
  • Pepper - ¼ tsp.
  • Dried garlic - 1 tsp.
  • Cream 10% - 150 ml

Method of preparation.

1. Grind the chicken fillet in a meat grinder or chop it in a blender.

2. Finely chop the chicken thigh and put it in a deep container with the minced meat.

3. Add salt, pepper, garlic, and cream to the meat. Mix well, cover with foil and refrigerate for 3 or 4 hours.

4. Cut open the baking sleeve and sprinkle it with paprika.

5. Put half the minced meat on the sleeve and form a sausage.

6. Put it in the preheated oven for about 45-50 minutes. After it is baked, leave it to stand in the oven for another 30 minutes.

7. Repeat the steps with the second part of the minced meat.
