Hearty phyllo pie for lunch: ready in 30 minutes tops
Phyllo dough is a versatile base for quick and hearty dish. You only need a few simple ingredients to make a full and tasty meal.
The idea of making a quick phyllo pie for a hearty lunch was published on the Instagram page of food blogger Ilona Shevchuk (thefoodhub.by ilona). Be sure to add lots of grated cheese and spinach.
Ingredients:
- phyllo dough - 4-5 sheets
- spinach - 75 g
- sulguni cheese - 180 g
- mozzarella cheese - 125 g
- melted butter - 80 g
Method of preparation:
1. Chop one and a half to two sheets of phyllo dough and lay out in a mold.
2. Drizzle generously with butter.
3. Top with part of the grated cheese and spinach mixture.
4. Repeat 2-3 more layers in this way.
5. Put the last layer of chopped phyllo dough and drizzle with butter so that there are no dry areas.
6. Bake at 190 degrees for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
