Veal is a delicious meat that contains more potassium, sodium, phosphorus, and B vitamins than beef. This meat is also a generous source of protein and tocopherol, which improves the condition of the mucous membranes and accelerates the skin healing process. It is worth noting that veal is also a lean product that can be added to soups, salads, and used to make pates.

The cook shared a recipe on Instagram for a very satisfying and tasty salad with vegetables, veal, and onions.

Ingredients:

  • boiled meat (veal)–- 400-450 g
  • yellow bell pepper – 1 pc
  • tomato – 2 pcs
  • cucumber – 2 pcs
  • red onion – 1/2 pc
  • peas – 1/2 can
  • garlic – 2-3 cloves
  • parsley – small bunch
  • soy sauce – 50 ml
  • oil
  • salt
  • ground black pepper

Method of preparation:

1. Boil the meat until tender. Cut into strips and put into a bowl. Next, add the chopped tomatoes, cucumbers, bell peppers, red onions, and peas.

2. Season the salad with finely chopped parsley, grated garlic, soy sauce, salt and pepper to taste.

3. Heat the oil until hot and pour over the salad. Stir and you're ready to eat!
