Healthy salad with avocado and fresh vegetables: a recipe for a snack
Avocado is an amazing product that is not only very healthy, but also versatile and can be used to make many delicious salads, snacks, sauces, pies, and desserts.
The cook shared a recipe on Instagram for a delicious and light avocado salad with boiled meat, vegetables, and herbs.
Ingredients:
- Boiled veal – 350 g
- Cherry tomatoes
- A can of canned corn
- Avocado
- Greens (cilantro, green onions)
- Croutons (optional)
- Sesame seeds (toast a little in a dry frying pan).
For the sauce:
- Soy sauce
- Olive oil
- Lemon
- A teaspoon of mustard
Method of preparation:
1. Slice the boiled veal (cook for an hour/an hour and a half depending on the toughness of the meat).
2. Add chopped cherry tomatoes, a can of canned corn, and one chopped ripe avocado and green onion.
3. Prepare the dressing: mix soy sauce + oil + lemon + a teaspoon of mustard, stir well and dress the salad.
Also, add sesame seeds to the finished salad (toasted in a dry frying pan to bring out the flavor and aroma) and croutons!
