Healthy pumpkin soup: how to cook a winter dish in a new way
Pumpkin is a very valuable and healthy vegetable that can be eaten both raw and baked. Pumpkin can also be baked with spices, stewed with vegetables, and made into delicious milk cereals, soups, cream soups, salads, and desserts.
The cook shared on Instagram a recipe for a delicious and hearty pumpkin soup with spices and baked fillet.
Ingredients:
- 2 tomatoes
- 1 large onion
- 1 head of garlic
- Salt, pepper, herbs
- Olive oil
- Cream
Method of preparation:
1. Fry the fillet and add spices to the chicken.
2. Bake the diced vegetables at 190 degrees until tender for 50-60 minutes.
3. Then blend the vegetables in a blender, add the cream and mix.
Serve the dish with a chopped fillet and sprinkle with cheese!
