Ingredients:

  • 2 tomatoes
  • 1 large onion
  • 1 head of garlic
  • Salt, pepper, herbs
  • Olive oil
  • Cream

Method of preparation:

1. Fry the fillet and add spices to the chicken.

2. Bake the diced vegetables at 190 degrees until tender for 50-60 minutes.

3. Then blend the vegetables in a blender, add the cream and mix.

Serve the dish with a chopped fillet and sprinkle with cheese!
