Healthy pumpkin can be the basis for salads, snacks, cereals, and even desserts. It makes a delicate pudding, pies, casseroles, and marmalade.

The cook shared a recipe for delicious pumpkin marmalade with lemon juice and sugar on Instagram.

Ingredients:

  • Pumpkin - 500 g
  • Lemon juice - 1/2 pc.
  • Sugar - 100 g or agave syrup - 75 g
  • Agar-agar - 7 g

Method of preparation:

1. Peel the pumpkin, cut into small pieces.

2. Bake or boil until tender. If the pumpkin has been cooked, drain all the water.

3. Blend the pumpkin in a blender with the lemon juice, sugar or syrup. Pour into a saucepan and put on heat. Add the agar-agar and cook for 4 minutes.

3. Pour into curly silicone molds or into any dish greased with vegetable oil. Leave to cool completely and you can eat!
