Method of preparation.

1. Mix all the ingredients in a deep bowl.

2. Pass the cottage cheese through a sieve or beat all the ingredients in a blender.

3. Transfer to a mold.

4. Bake at 180 degrees (convection setting) for 30-35 minutes.
