Avocado is a very valuable and tasty vegetable that can be the basis for a delicious appetizer, as well as salads and spreads. It goes well with all vegetables and herbs.
The chef shared a recipe for a delicious and healthy guacamole with tabasco and cilantro on Instagram.
Ingredients:
- Avocado 120 g
- Tomato 60 g
- Red onion 40 g
- Small bunch of cilantro (if you don't like it, replace it with parsley)
- Lime (juice 1 tsp)
- Ground black pepper
- Chilli 1/2 pc
- Salt as desired
- Tabasco (to taste, you can not add)
- Olive oil 1/2 tbsp
Method of preparation:
1. Mash the avocado flesh with a fork, and sprinkle with lemon juice.
2. Add the chopped herbs, tomato, onion, chili, spices, tabasco and spices, and mix.
