The chef shared a recipe for a delicious and healthy guacamole with tabasco and cilantro on Instagram.

Ingredients:

  • Avocado 120 g
  • Tomato 60 g
  • Red onion 40 g
  • Small bunch of cilantro (if you don't like it, replace it with parsley)
  • Lime (juice 1 tsp)
  • Ground black pepper
  • Chilli 1/2 pc
  • Salt as desired
  • Tabasco (to taste, you can not add)
  • Olive oil 1/2 tbsp

Method of preparation:

1. Mash the avocado flesh with a fork, and sprinkle with lemon juice.

2. Add the chopped herbs, tomato, onion, chili, spices, tabasco and spices, and mix.
