Healthy and tasty salad with prawns and greens: a simple recipe for every day
Greens and prawns are a great combination for making delicious salads and appetizers. For a brighter flavor, add a delicious dressing.
The FoodOboz editorial team shares a recipe for a delicious and light arugula salad with prawns and grapefruit.
Ingredients:
- tiger prawns
- arugula
- grapefruit remove the film from the slices and break
Dressing:
- grainy mustard 1 tbsp
- soy sauce 2 tbsp
- honey 1 tsp
- olive oil 2 tbsp
- lemon juice 2 tbsp.
Method of preparation:
1. Peel and fry in vegetable oil for 2 minutes on each side.
2. Mix everything for the dressing.
3. Assemble the salad: arugula, prawns, grapefruit, pine nuts and dressing.
