Healthy and satisfying Georgian salad with original dressing: a simple recipe for dinner
If you want to make a delicious, healthy vegetable salad, but to make it hearty, add cheese, seafood, meat, and a dressing made from nuts, spices, and lemon juice.
The chef shared on Instagram a recipe for a very tasty and satisfying vegetable salad with a delicious nutty dressing.
Ingredients:
- Tomatoes 3 pcs
- Cucumber 1 pc
- Red onion 1/2 pc
- Green onions, basil, cilantro or parsley
- Hot pepper 1/2 pc
Dressing:
- Walnuts 3 tbsp
- Cherry tomatoes 4 pcs (or one large tomato)
- Garlic 1 clove
- Coriander 1/3 tsp
- Salt (to taste)
- Lemon juice 1 tbsp
- Olive oil 1 tbsp
Method of preparation:
1. Cut the vegetables into large pieces, choose cilantro or parsley depending on your taste.
2. For the dressing: add the ingredients to a blender bowl and grind until smooth.
3. Mix the dressing with the vegetables and toss well.
