Gourmet persimmon and brie cheese pie: how to make a delicious dessert for family tea party

Ingredients for the dough:
- flour – 200 g
- butter – 100 g
- sugar – 30 g
- salt – a pinch
- cold water – 40-50 ml
Ingredients for the filling:
- not tart persimmons – 1-2 pcs.
- sugar – 30 g
- lemon juice – 1 tbsp
- cornstarch – 1 tbsp
- cinnamon – 1/2 tsp
- brie cheese
Ingredients for the cream:
- cream cheese – 150 g (can be replaced with mascarpone)
- cream 33 % – 30 ml
- powdered sugar – 40 g
- honey and nuts for serving
Method of preparation:
1. Mix flour, sugar, and salt in a bowl.
2. Add the cold cubed butter and rub it with the flour until it becomes crumbs.
3. Gradually add the cold water until the dough starts to come together.
4. Wrap the dough in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
5. For the filling, cut the persimmons into thin slices.
6. Mix it with sugar, lemon juice, starch and cinnamon.
7. Leave for 10 minutes to let the persimmons juice.
8. For the cream, beat cream cheese and cream with powdered sugar in a bowl until smooth.
9. Put the cream in the refrigerator while preparing the dough and filling.
10. Roll out the dough into a circle about 3-4 mm thick.
11. Put it on a baking sheet covered with parchment.
12. Spread the cream, moving away from the edge.
13. Put the persimmons and brie, roll up the edges, and put in the oven preheated to 190 degrees for 35-40 minutes.
14. Garnish the finished dish with honey and nuts.
