From water to Japanese rituals. "Miss Ukraine 2023 reveals beauty secrets that really work

The winner of Miss Ukraine 2023, 18-year-old Sofia Shamia, shared her beauty secrets. The girl spoke about her morning routine, her love for yoga, and the naturalness she prioritizes.

Sports and yoga

Sofia believes that sport is very important for both her figure and health. Therefore, the beauty chooses jogging, fitness, yoga and various meditations. The girl emphasized that it is this kind of physical activity that gives her a sense of productivity. She also emphasizes the importance of water balance in the body and a balanced diet.

Morning and evening rituals

The most important thing for Sofia in the morning is water. In order not to forget about it, the girl came up with her own ritual: she bought a beautiful, voluminous glass that encourages her to drink water.

The beauty admits that she is sometimes too lazy to do a step-by-step morning routine. However, she says that in the cold season she tries not to "slack off" because of dry skin: she cleanses her face with foam, pays attention to toning and moisturizing. She does not forget about sun protection.

Sofia Shamia does not hide her love for face masks: when she has free time, she makes them herself, the main ingredients being avocado and yogurt.

The girl calls her evening skincare rituals a pleasure. First, she cleanses her skin with hydrophilic oil and performs rituals she learned during a trip to Japan. Then she uses toner, face cream, and eye cream.

Cosmetics and makeup

Sofia said she loves experimenting with makeup and often learns new techniques at home. During filming and photo shoots, the girl is happy to try on new looks.

However, naturalness is a priority for Miss Ukraine, as the beauty likes her skin to breathe.

As a reminder, Sofia Shamia is the winner of the Miss Ukraine 2023 title and will represent the country at an international pageant in India. This year, there was a scandal: Ukrainian comedian and blogger Andriy Luzan said that some of the contestants were closely connected to Russia.
