"Crab flowers" appetizer: will decorate the festive table
Any festive table should be served with appetizers. They not only satisfy hunger but also serve as a great table decoration. You can make appetizers from almost any product.
For example, a food blogger with the nickname cook with me at home shared a recipe on Instagram for an incredible crab stick appetizer. It looks like a flower, but everyone will definitely like the taste.
Ingredients:
- Croutons - 1 pack.
- Eggs - 3 pcs.
- Processed cheese - 2 pcs.
- Garlic - 2-3 cloves.
- Mayonnaise - 2-3 tbsp.
- Salt
- Pepper
- Crab sticks - 6-7 pcs.
- Peas\corn\pomegranate
- Dill and herbs
Method of preparation:
1. Boil eggs, cool, and grate on a fine grater.
2. Lightly freeze processed cheeses and grate them as well.
3. Add garlic, mayonnaise and spices. Stir until smooth.
4. Put the mixture on the croutons.
5. Garnish with thin slices of crab sticks cut into flower petals.
6. Put peas/corn/pomegranate seeds inside.
7. Garnish with sprigs of herbs.
