For potatoes, pasta and any porridge: how to cook juicy chicken for lunch
Chicken fillet is a fairly dietary and lean meat. But if you use the following technology, the product will be very tender and juicy. It's just right for lunch.
The idea of cooking juicy chicken fillet in a creamy sauce for lunch was published on the Instagram page of food blogger Maryna Frolova (9 marina frolova). Everything needs to be stewed in a frying pan.
Ingredients:
- chicken fillet (halves) - 2 pcs.
- cherry tomatoes - 250 g
- spinach - 30 g of frozen or 1 bunch of fresh
- garlic - 2-3 cloves
- cream cheese - 3 tbsp
- spices to taste - salt, pepper, smoked paprika, garlic salt with herbs
Method of preparation:
1. Make cross-cuts on the fillet, but not all the way through.
2. Rub with spices and fry in a frying pan until golden brown on both sides.
3. Fry the chopped garlic in the same oil.
4. Add cherry tomatoes, spinach and cream cheese.
5. Stir with a spatula and dip the pre-fried chicken into the pan and simmer together under the lid over medium heat for about 10 minutes.
