The cook shared on Instagram a recipe for a delicious meat goulash with fried onions, tomato sauce, and spices.
Ingredients:
- 500-600 grams of veal
- 1 onion
- oil for frying
- butter
- 2 tablespoons of flour
- bay leaf, salt, dry garlic, spices
- 3 teaspoons of tomato paste
- 450 ml of water
Method of preparation:
1️. Chop the onion and fry until tender.
2️. Next, cut the veal into small pieces, add salt, spices, dry garlic, a piece of butter and fry for 20 minutes.
3. Mix the tomato paste with cold water. Add the flour to the fried veal and stir well, then pour the tomato sauce over the whole thing, add the bay leaf, and cover.
4. Cook the goulash for 1.5 hours, stirring occasionally.
