Fluffy pancakes on hot kefir: a proven recipe that will work for everyone
Not everyone can make perfect fluffy pancakes. Very often, the dough turns out to be quite liquid, poorly fried and burns. To get a good result, you just need to heat the kefir.
The idea of making fluffy pancakes with hot kefir was published on the Instagram page of food blogger Diana Kulikovska. The dough will be perfect.
Ingredients:
- kefir - 400 ml (2.5%)
- flour - 550 g
- eggs - 2 pcs.
- salt - 1/2 tsp.
- sugar - 100 g
- baking soda - 2 tsp.
- oil for frying
Method of preparation:
1. Heat the kefir in a saucepan, it should already be boiling, literally 1/2 minute.
2. Remove from heat and add sugar.
3. Stir, then add the eggs and salt.
4. Sift the flour and knead the dough, add the baking soda.
5. Mix again and set aside for 15 minutes.
6. Fry the pancakes on both sides in vegetable oil.
7. The fire should not be too high, so that they do not burn and fry inside. The oil should cover the pancakes to the middle.
8. Do not put the pancakes on top of each other, but spread them out to cool, because if you put them on a slide hot, they can fall off.
