Fluffy orange muffin with cranberries: how to prepare a dessert for cozy winter evenings

Ingredients:
- butter - 180 g
- sugar - 200 g
- eggs - 3 pcs.
- milk - 180 g
- orange juice - 70 g
- flour - 370-400 g
- baking powder - 15 g
- zest of one orange
- cranberries - 100 g (if desired, soak in strong alcohol in the evening - cognac, whiskey, rum
Ingredients for the cream:
- mascarpone - 250 g
- Powdered sugar - 70 g
- orange juice - 2-3 tbsp.
Method of preparation:
1. All ingredients should be at room temperature. Beat soft butter with sugar until fluffy.
2. Beat constantly and add the eggs one by one.
3. Pour in milk and juice, whisk.
4. Add flour and baking powder, mix well.
5. Add the zest and cranberries, mix again.
6. Put the dough into a greased and floured baking dish.
7. Bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 50-55 minutes.
8. Check the readiness with a toothpick.
9. Spread the cream on the cooled muffin, mix all the ingredients. Decorate as desired.
