Fluffy and delicious pancakes: how to make the perfect dough
The best dish for a quick and satisfying breakfast is pancakes. It is best to cook them with warm kefir or milk, they will be very fluffy.
The cook shared on Instagram a recipe for delicious, fluffy and light homemade kefir pancakes.
Ingredients:
- 300 ml. warm yogurt
- 1 egg
- 3 tbsp. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 220 g. flour
- 1 tsp. of baking soda
Method of preparation:
1. Heat the kefir to room temperature (you can do it in the microwave). Mix the egg with sugar and salt (but do not beat). Next, add the kefir, flour, and finally baking soda. Cover for 15 minutes and let stand.
2. The dough will become loose, do not stir it anymore, but carefully pour it with a spoon and immediately into the pan.
3. Fry small pancakes on medium heat, so they will be more fluffy.
